Flipping an omelet successfully looks easy, but actually it is not if you do it with a poor quality pan. This iron skillet supports your omelet flipping and makes failure less likely.
This is a cast iron pan for omelet and stir-fry dishes. The front side of its cooking surface has a deeper area because of its higher sides. As a result, this makes flipping foods easier regardless of whether you are doing it with a pan or using a spatula.
Made of cast iron, it has excellent heat conductivity that allows you to effortlessly make fluffy-textured egg dishes. You can also increase your iron intake by cooking anything with this pan.
Its streamlined design gives the pan a sophisticated look, and its rounded shape makes it easier to wash.
Instructions
The cast-iron cookware requires a process called seasoning to avoid food sticking to it and rusting. It is said that proper and constant seasoning allows the product to last for decades.
After use, brush the cooking surface with a scrubbing brush or sponge and rinse impurities with warm water. You do not have to use detergent unless it is extremely dirty.
After cleansing, wipe off any moisture well, and heat plates to remove humidity. To prevent rusting, dry them completely.
Cool the omelet pan for a while, add oil to the entire cooking surface, and store it in a dry place. Wrap it with newspaper so that you can keep it hygienic and dry.
