Aux Ameiro Copper Pan is a Japanese copper frying pan made by skilled craftsmen. It provides professional-level finish to your cooking of pancakes, omelettes, steaks, and so on.

A tin plating on the cooking surface gives great oil distribution as well as resistance to rust, organic acids, and corrosion.
A stylish-designed handmade leather handle cover useful while heating or carrying without a risk of burn on your hands.
The product name “Ameiro” literally means “amber color”. As you continue to use?Aux Ameiro Copper Pan?it will gradually turn to a warm amber color.?Enjoy the passage of time!
Contains a lovely storage bag convenient in hygienic storage and carrying around for outdoor use.
Instructions (How to Keep this Pan in Good Condition)
Before the first use, cleanse the pan with a neutral detergent. Do not wash with a hard sponge or scrubbing brush made of metal.
For seasoning/ conditioning, pour oil (roughly three-tenths of the whole pan capacity) into the dry pan and heat it for 2 minutes in low flame. Turn off the flame, wait until the oil gets cool, and transfer the oil to other container. Wipe off the remaining oil with a kitchen paper.
For the second oil conditioning, before use, apply oil onto the whole cooking surface, then wipe the excess oil with the kitchen towel. For best product lifespan, it is recommended to do these steps for a month.
When washing, use neutral detergent and wash with a soft sponge. For better oil distribution and stick resistance, lightly rub a small amount of oil onto the dry cooking surface and the base.
When storing this pan into the attached bag after use, it is recommended to wrap the pan with kitchen paper to prevent the bag from getting oily.
When there is a scorch part, soak the pan into hot water for a while then remove it with the soft sponge. Again, do not use metal sponge / scrubbing brush or it may rather generate a green rust.
When you find green rust, use a cream cleanser and strongly rub with a soft sponge.
