Ippodo Sayaka no Mukashi Matcha Powder Can 40g

Ippodo Sayaka no Mukashi Matcha is a high grade matcha powder with a subtle balance of natural umami flavour and a touch of astringency.
This Japanese green tea powder was named by Hounsai Sosho XV, the great grand master of the Ura-Senke family of tea masters.
Pairs well with slightly sweet confections.
Instructions
For usucha (light flavour matcha):

Sift 2 grams (0.07 oz) of matcha into a bowl.
Add 60ml (2 oz) of hot water at 80ｺ C (176ｺ F).
Whisk vigorously 15 seconds.

For koicha (strong flavor):

Sift 4 grams (0.14 oz) of matcha into a bowl.
Add 30ml (1 oz) of hot water at 80ｺ C (176ｺ F).
Mix slowly 15 seconds.
