In addition, with the special heat treatment, this kitchen knife contains less carbon than its ordinary counterparts. As a result, it not only has great corrosion resistance but it is also easy to sharpen the blade.
The Kamagata knife is a single-ground edge knife designed to cut or peel the vegetables precisely. However, this product can also cut meats and other foods.
