Make golden-brown bread with this rectangular golden bread mold at home. This handmade bread mold can bake up to 1.5 loaves of shokupan style bread.
It has a tin plate body and silicon coating that are designed to bake the bread evenly and efficiently. A copper wire attached to the rim also supports better heat conductivity.
No need to dry-heat: simply apply oil or melted butter to the cooking surface and leave it in the oven. Also, its non-stickiness facilitates the smooth release of the baked foods.
Instructions
Before and after use, wash this product well with a neutral detergent. Do not rub the surface strongly or the silicon coating may peel off. Do not apply an abrasive to this product.
After cleansing and when storing the mold, make sure to dry it completely or it might cause corrosion.
For a longer lifespan, the manufacturer recommends applying oil or butter to the cooking surface before baking.
