The Misono No. 763 is a hybrid of a gyuto knife and salmon knife: it can cut large foods thanks to its long blade while also being ideal for slicing salmon due to its indented holes on the edge.
Its blade is made with a special stainless steel that has excellent durability and cutting capacity. This material allows you to effortlessly remove bones and skin from the flesh with very little movement.
You can also slice meats thinly including ham and roasted beef without destroying their original shape.
