This Pudding Mix is made with Uji Matcha from Morihan, a real tea shop in Uji, Kyoto with more than 180 years of history.
This bag is intended for business or professional use. With 1 bag of this pudding mix, you can make pudding for about 25 people.
Instructions
For about 4 people:
Put 80g of the mix into a bowl.
Add 250ml of hot boiled water into the bowl and stir well until it dissolves completely.
Put the solution we created in the step 2 into any containers or cups, remove the heat, and cool them in the fridge (more than 3 hours) until they set and firm.
