This is a metal tray designed to put and drain the oil of freshly fried tempuras taken from a deep fry pot. Naturally, you can use this product for other fries such as fried chicken, French fries, chicken nuggets, etc.
A fluorite coating enables easy washing even if the tempura tray gets greasy. This coating also prevents foods from getting stuck with the tray.
A compact size that can be stored neatly and not taking much kitchen space.
Contains a metal oil drainer mesh useful to drain deep fried foods. You can remove the mesh if you prefer to use the tray as a batter bowl, or a table pan to put chopped vegetables, seafoods, and/or meats.
