Instructions
Gently mix the liquid well with an attached wand as if you are dunking a teabag in the teacup before use.?Then stir?the wand for 3 laps to make the wand extract sufficient amount of mascara liquid.
Apply the wand from the roots to the tips of eyelashes by sweeping the wand upward for approximately 2 seconds.
