About Nagaokoma Seisakusho:
Founded in the 27th year of the Meiji era (1894), Nagaokoma Seisakusho has been manufacturing and selling Higonokami knives for over 100 years. Around 1904, they trademarked the name “Higonokami” and have continued producing these knives through four generations. Today, only knives produced by Nagaokoma Seisakusho can officially bear the name “Higonokami.”
